Scope of Service

• Remote CCF read/backup → edit → write using JLR SDD (offline)
• Optional offline VBF programming for supported non-powertrain modules
• Post-coding validation, DTC clear, and function tests
• Report pack: before/after notes, CCF backup, screenshots of versions

Supported Vehicles (SDD, Pre-DoIP)

• Most JLR platforms ~2006–2017 that are serviced by SDD (pre-DoIP).
• Examples include: Range Rover/L405 & Sport/L494 (early), Discovery/L319, Freelander 2/L359, Evoque/L538 (to ~2016), Discovery Sport/L550 (early), Jaguar XF/X250, XJ/X351 (pre-facelift), XE (early).
• Not included: DoIP/Pathfinder-only vehicles (e.g., Discovery 5 L462, Velar L560, new Evoque L551, late L405/L494 facelifts, I-PACE, etc.).

What You Need (Customer Hardware)

• VCI: DrewTech Mongoose Pro JLR (recommended) or JLR VCI compatible with SDD
• Stable charger: smart 12–14A maintaining 13.2–13.8V throughout session
• Windows 10/11 laptop with admin rights, good internet, AnyDesk/TeamViewer
• OBD port access; doors closed and vehicle electrical loads minimized during programming

How a Remote Session Works

1. We connect to your laptop, verify VCI & vehicle detection in SDD
2. Full scan & CCF backup (saved for rollback)
3. Apply agreed CCF edits (and, if needed, compatible VBF updates)
4. Ignition cycles, DTC clear, and feature verification (e.g., engage reverse for camera)
5. Deliver report + original and modified CCF files

Important Notes & Limitations

• We only change parameters relevant to your retrofit/need; incorrect options can cause DTCs.
• Powertrain/immobilizer flashing is out of scope for remote SDD-offline jobs.
• Compatibility varies by VIN/build date; some late-2016/2017 cars are mixed—confirmation required.
• For DoIP/2018+ platforms, Pathfinder is required (not included in this service).

Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. Our Assurance

   • If the job cannot be completed due to our software, files, or procedure:

     • We will fix it for free within 7 days, or

     • Issue a 100% refund—your choice.

2. Compatibility & Edge Cases

   • If, after VIN/baseline scan, we determine your vehicle/module is not SDD-compatible (e.g., DoIP/Pathfinder-only, missing module):

     • Option A: Keep the Diagnostic & CCF Backup (€50) and receive a refund of the balance.

     • Option B: Decline the backup and receive a full refund.

3. Prerequisites on the Customer Side

   • You must provide:

     • A compatible JLR VCI (e.g., Mongoose Pro JLR / JLR VCI).

     • A smart charger maintains 13.2–13.8V for the entire session.

     • A Windows 10/11 laptop with admin rights and reliable internet.

   • If the session fails due to unmet prerequisites or retrofit hardware/wiring faults:

     • The session is not refundable.

     • We will reschedule once for free after the issues are resolved.

4. After-Service Guarantee

   • Free rollback to the original CCF within 7 days.

   • One free tweak (single parameter change) within 7 days if behavior needs refinement.

   • Additional tweaks follow the published add-on rate.

5. VBF Flashing (Non-Powertrain)

   • If a flash fails due to our files/process:

     • We will re-flash or refund the VBF fee.

   • If failure is caused by low voltage, laptop sleep, cable/VCI disconnection, or similar customer-side interruptions:

     • A re-flash fee applies.

6. Cancellations & Refund Window

   • No-show/cancellation < 2 hours before the appointment: €25.

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the session.

7. How to Request a Refund

   • Contact us with your order number and VIN within 14 days.

   • We respond quickly and resolve fairly.
