Remote Installation and Technical Support
Some products may include or require remote installation, activation, configuration, or technical assistance. Remote support may be provided using remote access software such as UltraViewer, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools.
The customer is responsible for keeping the computer powered on, connected to the internet, and available during the remote session. The customer must also provide accurate access details and cooperate with our support team.
Remote installation may require Windows environment preparation, software configuration, driver installation, diagnostic interface setup, firewall or antivirus adjustments, activation steps, patching, or compatibility testing.
OBDTotal is not responsible for delays or failed installation caused by unsupported operating systems, incompatible hardware, damaged Windows installations, missing drivers, unstable internet connection, third-party antivirus interference, customer interruption, or refusal to follow support instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
Before purchasing, the customer must carefully review the product description, compatibility notes, system requirements, supported devices, vehicle coverage, language details, and any limitations mentioned on the product page.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their computer, diagnostic interface, operating system, internet connection, storage space, and technical environment are suitable for the purchased product or service.
The customer agrees to provide accurate order information, cooperate with our support team, and provide screenshots, error messages, system details, or other evidence when needed for troubleshooting.

All prices are displayed on the website or checkout page. Payment must be completed before digital delivery or remote service begins.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. OBDTotal does not store full credit card details or sensitive payment information directly on its website.
The customer agrees not to file false disputes, chargebacks, or payment claims after receiving access to digital products, download links, remote installation services, or technical support.

Refunds are handled according to our Return Policy for Digital Products.
A refund may be considered if the purchased digital product is defective, does not function as described, the download link is broken, or our support team is unable to successfully assist with remote installation and the product remains unusable.
Refund requests may require evidence such as screenshots, error messages, order details, or other information needed to understand the issue.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after successful delivery, violation of our terms, licensing abuse, or refund requests made outside the applicable timeframe.
